Pipeworks is a New York-based company providing plumbing services. Initially, they worked in the B2B sector, specializing in complex piping, utility, and engineering systems. But as the market grew, they set a new goal — to enter the B2C segment.
The local market has a major problem: polarization. You either find freelancers with low-quality services or premium services with sky-high prices. Pipeworks wanted to position itself somewhere in the middle: inspiring trust, building an expert image, yet remaining affordable.
Our mission was to launch the brand, develop the visual identity, create the website, and set up the system for capturing client requests. And most importantly, it all had to be done in just 25(!) days.
