Pipeworks is a New York-based company providing plumbing services. Initially, they worked in the B2B sector, specializing in complex piping, utility, and engineering systems. But as the market grew, they set a new goal — to enter the B2C segment.

The local market has a major problem: polarization. You either find freelancers with low-quality services or premium services with sky-high prices. Pipeworks wanted to position itself somewhere in the middle: inspiring trust, building an expert image, yet remaining affordable.

Our mission was to launch the brand, develop the visual identity, create the website, and set up the system for capturing client requests. And most importantly, it all had to be done in just 25(!) days.

TASK

We began with visual research. We discovered that most people associate plumbers with messiness, noise, and dirt. This stereotype had to be broken.
We decided to present Pipeworks as a clean, tech-driven, and minimalist service.

That’s how the visual identity was born:
— a geometric logo referencing the structure of pipes and schematics;
— a blue-violet color palette that stands out among competitors (who mostly use black, grey, or light blue tones);
— strict typography and minimalist layouts.

We immediately applied the identity offline — branding corporate vans, employee badges, and business cards. The result was a recognizable look that works equally well in real life and online.
The main goal was conversion. The key point for capturing leads was the website — after all, most clients now search for services online. A visitor had to instantly understand where they were, what services were offered, and how to quickly submit a request.

We chose WordPress. It allowed us to quickly roll out the visual identity, integrate with the existing CRM, and adapt the project for all devices.

The end result was a well-thought-out interface:
— a detailed service catalog,
— a simple request form with a minimal number of steps,
— a section with reviews and FAQs.

Website

From a standard B2B contractor, Pipeworks transformed into a memorable brand ready to work with a broad audience.

In just 25 days, the client received:
— a modern visual identity,
— a responsive website with lead capture,
— a strong foundation for scaling and entering the B2C market.
