We built the website, redesigned the purchase journey and brought advertising, analytics, SEO and customer communications into one coordinated growth program for Frostix.
01 / Context
Frostix entered Germany in early 2025 with its own production facilities and a distinctive product range. What it lacked was consistent traffic, predictable sales and a coordinated marketing operation.
The business needed to put its production capacity to work, reach beyond its established Russian-speaking audience and create a buying experience that matched expectations for easy ordering and fast delivery.
02 / Audiences
One message could not serve the whole market equally well. We developed distinct journeys for three core audience segments.
Familiar products and flavors, with confidence in ingredients and production.
Quality, easy ordering, fast delivery and a contemporary presentation.
New products, bundles, seasonal offers and reasons to order again.
03 / Strategy
| Segment | Main motivation | What we showed | Destination | Channel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Russian-speaking customers | Familiar food without hours of cooking | Dumplings, syrniki, prepared meals and next-day delivery | Categories and ready-made bundles | Meta Ads, Google Ads |
| German-speaking customers | Quality and convenience | Production, ingredients, reviews and meal occasions | Category and product pages | Google Ads, Meta Ads |
| Existing customers | Repeat orders and new products | Curated selections, seasonal offers and promo codes | Personalized selections and the cart | Email, retargeting and social |
04 / Planning
We planned budgets by channel and week, tracking orders, new-customer share and acquisition costs. Spending was adjusted to actual performance rather than a fixed calendar.
Please note: the media plans shown use test data. They illustrate the planning structure and workflow, not the client’s actual results. Original worksheet language is retained.
05 / Website and purchase journey
We redesigned the site structure, catalog, product pages and ordering flows on Shopify. The experience highlights the range, delivery, production quality and repeat purchases.
06 / Advertising
Search demand, new-customer acquisition, returning visitors and repeat purchases each had their own messages, objectives and measures of success.
Reaching new audiences, testing creative and expanding demand.
Category demand, branded searches and product campaigns.
Testing short-form creative and new audience segments.
Email, abandoned carts, repeat orders and retargeting.
Original 4:5 static creative used in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and retargeting campaigns. Russian and German copy reflects the campaign audiences.
07 / Scaling
Average monthly budget
€40KAt peak periods, monthly spend reached €60K. Orders, new-customer share and revenue guided each budget decision.
08 / Commercial performance
The figures below are monthly averages. We evaluated channels against actual purchases, new customers and paid revenue.
09 / Brand communication
Social content supported advertising, showed how products were made, introduced new releases and gave customers reasons to return to the store.
10 / Search visibility
Following ranking issues, we rebuilt the technical foundations, structure, content and external signals. These TopVisor screenshots show selected Russian and German queries as of July 2, 2026.
Only part of the complete working query sample is shown. The original language of the evidence is preserved.
11 / Results
Frostix gained a functioning online store, a manageable advertising model, clear analytics, refreshed communications and search visibility in two languages.
