We designed and built Global Industries’ corporate website on Webflow, bringing its property portfolio, development process and content into one clear, expandable platform.
Global Industries is a construction and development company with mixed-use and residential projects across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens. Its website needed to convey the scale of the business, showcase the architecture and explain its end-to-end approach.
A digital presence that reflects the company’s capabilities The old website displayed individual projects but felt like a static catalog. It did little to reflect the developer’s real capabilities. In New York’s competitive market, the new site needed to build confidence with partners, investors and prospective clients.
Before
AfterA potential partner or investor should quickly understand the company, see real projects and assess its capabilities without working through a dense corporate presentation.
Use real projects as the strongest evidence of scale and expertise.
Break the development cycle into clear, accessible stages.
Bring facts, partners and business figures into one coherent story.
Make it easy to add projects and content without rebuilding the site.
After exploring several concepts, we brought architecture, city movement and precise typography into one visual system. The homepage video immediately establishes scale, location and the energy of a living city.
The structure takes visitors from the company’s positioning to its portfolio, process and contact form. Each project page also stands on its own as evidence of the team’s capabilities.
Large images are paired with concise project information: architecture, property type, floor area, status and completion year are easy to take in together.

Every project uses the same information structure. This keeps the portfolio consistent and allows the team to expand it through Webflow CMS.
Project pageOn desktop, the website feels like an architectural presentation. On mobile, expansive layouts become a clear sequence without losing the imagery or essential project details.

Webflow supports more than the front end. It gives the team a practical way to manage projects, publish news and handle new inquiries.
Projects and articles are stored as structured entries.
New projects inherit a ready-made layout without manual rebuilding.
Shared elements maintain consistent styling and behavior.
Layouts adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
Motion supports navigation while keeping the architecture in focus.
We set up the structure, metadata and technical foundations for indexing.
We turned a complex process into six stages, from identifying a property to sales. The site explains both the finished projects and the expertise behind them.
In three months, we went from design concepts and a new structure to a responsive Webflow website with a CMS and foundational SEO setup.
Global Industries now has a manageable Webflow platform where the architecture takes center stage and clear business information helps visitors take the next step.
